      Pros

      Group I chose was very supportive and understanding. Quite a welcoming environment but maybe I was lucky with the group.

      Cons

      Quite poor onboarding and very unclear how to start as a foreigner. Not a very supportive system so you basically have to research it yourself. I didn't even know I had to join the doctoral candidate list and perform some workshops (which are mandetory for completing your PhD) until my colleague told me.

      They have no waterdispenser in the whole city location taht is a bad thing
