CEO is begging employees to write positive reviews here and post on other sites - Anonymous employee TTR Employee Review

We REALLY need a shower for the gym. You really feel the energy in the office, whether it is good or bad. Recently it's been bad. You can see the executives stressing about the negative reviews here. They had IT check our internet history on our computers to see who went to Glassdoor. The CEO is proof reading reviews of those who are volunteering to write reviews. I came on here so see what all the hub-bub was about and many of the positive reviews look to be fabricated by management in response to the negative reviews. Look closely and you can see how many of the reviews are more of responses to the negative reviews. That's how everything is run at this company. Everything seems fine and dandy when you first start. Then you begin to see the "clique's” in the office. If you are smart you will keep your head down and not befriend anyone. Everyone seems so nice and willing to help you learn and be a better employee, but there's is a major underlying rift. After being here for a couple years, you see people come and go. People get fired, people who should be fired transferred to other areas of the company. You start to notice it is the same group that get transferred from job to job. I'm going call it what it is, as others have skirted around it. The blatant favoritism goes in favor of all the people who are Scientologists. There is such an undeniably strong religious influence in the management style and in the cliques. If you interview for a job here ask about the Scientology influence and ask what percentage of executives and board members are Scientologists. Look them up online and you can see the Scientology connections. Oh, and look for a retaliatory review saying everything is amazing and perfect in the next couple days.. One more thing, the actions of the CEO and CFO are really immature at very inappropriate times.
