Pros
the health benefits are good, good retirement plan, the co-workers are friendly, the facilities are kept clean, safety oriented.
Cons
very poor pay, only 1 15 min break and 1 30 min unpaid lunch break, managers often yell or scream if work is not moving as fast as they like, older machines that break down, outdated processes, mandatory overtime, especially on weekends at least once a month with less than 1 days notice, very high employee turnover rate, poorly organized production schedule
