Pros
Coworkers are great a lot of good people to learn from and will back you up if you pull your weight.accrual PTO system if your at work regularly you'll always have paid time off available .
Cons
wage raises & advancement are non-existent,management is selfish & more focused on nonsensical issues rather than getting the job done and seeing to it that you have what you need to accel, benefits are horrid,upper management likes to make decisions from thousands of miles away and then you have to make due with their stupidity. supply chain & logistics is absolute joke!
