Pros
Fair pay, great internship program, and good management. TTM puts a lot of value in their interns, from a local to a corporate level. Generally very stable job, with positive growth and low turnover.
Cons
If you don't like working with chemical processes, this might not be the place for you. Not sure how good they are with long term raises, but being subject to corporate naturally limits their ability to make timely decisions when it comes to employee related decisions, including raises.
