Pros
- personal responsibility on the projects (also on a consultant level!) I highly appreciate the trust that is given to me - full visibility towards the management - motivated colleagues and international team atmosphere (which I really like because I studied abroad) - cool office locations and events!
Cons
- sometimes a lot of cold water - no possibility to specialize (e.g. in an industry) at an early career stage
