      Pros

      Somewhat flexible hours as long as you could get your work done. Learned a lot in a quick time. Good place to get your foot in the door for geotechnical engineering.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from senior engineers led to confusion and slip ups on projects. The coordination between field employees, lab employees, and office employees was very poor. They do not care about their employees and show little respect to anyone— there is always the feeling that you are easily replaceable

      Pros

      Family owned and operated. Great culture and long-standing trusted relationships with clients.

      Cons

      They service the entire Midwest, so travel will be expected, but not necessarily a "con" if looking for an opportunity with OT potential.
