Pros
Colleagues make it worthwhile to come to work every day. The work is good. The pay is decent and the benefits are good.
Cons
No advancement opportunities. Management likes to bring in outsiders when something opens up because they are too lazy to train people. Leadership is clueless, disloyal and lacks the ability to communicate the company vision. Half the time we have no clue what's going on until its sprung on us. One things for sure if you don't like the direction you are given today just wait they will give you another direction tomorrow.
