10yLet me first say thanks for taking time out of your day to provide feedback. As a current employee you know we always listen to our clients to truly understand their needs and we definitely want to listen to our employees. You are right, we are growing and while we always want to maintain that small company vibe, we have to create new roles and layers to accommodate our growth.
The one constant is change. Our talent management and senior leadership team is continually looking at how to best serve our employees and our clients. The coordinator role is a newer role we created to help our management team remain flat and accommodate our growing employee population without having to add a lot more managers and overhead. We do recognize this creates a "real big gap" and we are reviewing this role and the career paths for our employees.
We sincerely appreciate your comment about "hard work and giving a damn." We believe in rewarding our employees who work hard and providing opportunities that challenge them not only professionally, but personally as well.
