4yThanks for taking the time to provide us with a brief overview of your time spent with us — we do appreciate the insight and feedback.
You hit the nail on the head in terms of present management and continuing education — our employees are more than an investment, they're the lifeblood of TSP, as we say, our product is our people. We value top technical expertise and we only hire the best and brightest, putting our customers first and by hiring the best people to ensure things get done right.
You also highlight another aspect that is a reality of some of the positions we staff — some of those positions do require some on-call time, but every aspect of the job is laid out to every potential employee before an offer is ever made. The last thing we'd ever want to do is spring bad surprises on our people. With that said, we know it can be rough, and we strongly encourage all of our employees to have open and direct conversations with their managers if they ever feel it's too much. We strive to afford every single employee a healthy work-life balance, and the perception of being on-call can turn some off from even the simplest things, like asking to take a vacation.
