Horror stories where good working employees get fired for no reason. Other staff got pay cut and spoken to to reduce bonus payout. Only thing to learn is filing, seriously. Attendance at work equates to good performance and commitment - doesn’t matter if your work quality is poor, as long as attendance is stellar. Time in and out of office are tracked and monitored. One of the Management partners will scream and bark out loud in office if there are too many warehousing boxes around your desk, if the office painting is slanted in the office and at the reception. Bonus payout is in January (60%) and June (40%) instead of December. Official knock off time is 5.30pm, but email is out discouraging going off on time even if you complete your day’s work.
