Pros
Family owned and it shows. Friendly environment where the leadership knows your name and cares about you as an employee.
Cons
I came here from a fortune 200 company and it is much calmer, and a lot less stress. I kind of miss the chaos of the cut throat cooperate world. There is not a lot of opportunity to advance here because leadership is very loyal and don't quit, they retire.
