Pros
Schedule was flexible. They at least tried you with with you
Cons
Management was rude. Talked down to you. Most times the phones were not in stock. Walmart employee's who are supposed to assist you with certain things I.e management ordering phones, employees opening up the cases were no assistance, didn't want to give you the key, had an attitude getting the phones from the back of out the locked drawer, employees disappear it they are short handed so had you wait forever to get what you need for your customer. Would explain to management and they really could not care less. Tell you to just sell what you have but they want you to meet your metrics making it impossible to do if you don't have the phones you sell that people want especially trying to get them switched over from prepaid to postpay. (I was great at my job and knees how to sell so I managed to always meet my qouta but barely). They pay you an hourly wage plus commission but they fail to tell you that at the end of the month when you get your commission check they take out all of your hourly pay out of that commission check so your pay is really not much at all, it’s way less and it’s not worth it. The benefits are a joke and are not good at all you might as well not have any or get your on. They don't train you past your video training so if you're not a fast learner, tech savvy or have worked sales (commission based) then you will fail miserably at your job. These are facts!
