Very easy going work environment.

Small company with not a lot of employees.

Non-Stressful Work Environment with huge emphasis on freedom if work is being completed on time and quality is not harmful to team. Upward Movement available, as long as you want it, you are not held back. Benefits are there and good. Culture is very "work together". Coworker relationships are more casual, but quickly can turn professional when needed. Interesting projects in ever evolving technology fields.

Benefits - they are good, but they could be better. Maternity/Paternity leave is exactly what is required by fed/state law. Vaca policy and amount is low with a starting cap of 2-weeks and after 5-yrs capped at 3-weeks. Health is good and reasonably priced. 401K match is better than nothing. Policies - used to be smaller feel with flexible/unwritten policies. Company has grown and is trying to put large corporate policies in place.
