Pros
I love this place!!! The work is challenging and rewarding! Working on the service side of TRL always keeps me on my toes but in a great way! We are always evolving and changing to make sure our customers needs are met as well as the needs of our service technicians. The work is tough at times but when I go home at the end of the day I feel accomplished and proud that I'm apart of such an amazing team. I especially love all the people that work here, everyone is so friendly and willing to share their knowledge to help you learn and grow. To say this is a team atmosphere is an understatement. This company holds multiple employee events every year just to show their gratitude and appreciation for us all. It really is amazing that they put in so much time, effort and big money to hold these events just for us. I've never worked for a company that truly cares 24/7 - not just the 8 you are here. This is a family atmosphere. If you are willing to work hard as apart of this team then this is the place for you. We hold a high standard here and excel at everything we do - that's why we have the name and clientele we do. I wake up everyday and I'm excited to go to work, I love my job and I love the people I work with who have become friends and family.
Cons
Gaining weight.... there are always treats and food provided in the break room. But on the upside, there are several fitness teams here that do regular meet ups to work out and encourage each other to live a healthy lifestyle ;)
