Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are pleased to hear you are enjoying the benefits of working at TRMEDX and feel a sense of purpose. We have several ways we communicate with our Operations team, the primary methods being RSQ notes real time, Service Now Tickets and Supply Chain team members on call to answer questions 8 am -8 pm. Regarding QRC, we host site specific QRC Teams chat with sites for Managers and Technicians to facilitate more real time Q&A. We also host site trainings at the request of DVPs to help provide QRC training. Additionally, we cascade strategy changes to Operations team members through regional meetings, Operations all communications as well as post them on ConXion. Culture is critical to any organization, and TRIMEDX is intentional about promoting an environment of continuous improvement. We encourage all associates to talk to their leaders or HR Business Partner about concerns to better to work towards a positive resolution or if you have ideas on how communication to associates can be improved.
