Pros
Nice mix of military, civilians, contractors, GS workers, familes, wounded warriors, patients, etc... Awesome community. Nice cheap food downstairs. Can walk to the Base exchange. Feels like a college campus.
Cons
Horrible parking situation. Walter Reed wouldn't stand up to political pressure and implements a 1 to 3 parking ratio. They try to circumvent it a bit but they should have never agreed to it. They need to push back like NIH.
