Very short term focused organisation. The sales and marketing are two very silos. Basically marketing does'nt really have a clue about the key drivers of its business units. If you're lucky senior management might convey the vision for the company once a year. Career opportunities are poor. Training is virtually no existent. Staff morale always low.
