-Opportunity to tackle many projects given the small team -The company is willing to learn what you would like from the experience and try to give assignments based on this - just make sure you make them clear
Cons
-The company is working on improving communication and having all members on the same page - this led to some confusion on task assignments and needing to get rid of some work -Small team and sometimes tasks need to be completed by a certain date, so sometimes working later one day and leaving early the next day - no overtime pay for interns
