Pros

Few, nice co-workers. Helping those in need of finding a job.

Cons

Where to begin… First off, the original Owner of TPI brought much success to her business and did so with integrity and commitment to not only her clients but her EMPLOYEES. She has since left her business in the hands of her daughter who is now the Director of Operations and she is bringing the company down. She is blatantly rude, disrespectful and condescending. Instead of finding productive solutions to drive business and support her recruiters, she instead micromanages them, makes passive aggressive remarks, and does not make an effort to bring her offices together nor to check-in with her offices as a Director should. I have seen her first hand speak poorly about employees to other employees out in the open and has made it obvious on her ‘favorites’. She never conducts raises or provides USEFUL feedback, and will only berate you when something isn’t to her standards. She doesn’t know how to properly staff either office (there’s 2), and fired staff just to replace them after saying she can ‘no longer afford their salary’. She holds a metrics system that she swears is for all employees including senior staff, but falls through. She is derogatory to employees she feels are not on ‘her level’ and was horrible to a former pregnant employee and even spoke loudly for the office to hear and say ‘She doesn’t have to come back I don’t need her’. The amount of turnover I saw during my time there was inexcusable. Additionally, she created animosity between employees based on her lax and favoritism and wonders why some employees don’t work well together.
