Summer Intern - Intern TPI Real Estate Employee Review

I had some concern base on the past reviews and without any review in the past 2 years . I schedule interview with a concern if it's going to work for me and for my surprise I met the CEO that was very welcoming and had a great interview and was very details what the company about and what they expect from the intern . very professional interview that allowed me to ask question and get me the all picture about the company and the intern position .

Very intensive work flow , Multitask to process , but I guess it's good only for some people . a lot of info regarding New York Real estate and financial investment

you can learn some thing about real estate, not work as agent or broker, but some documented work and how to put information into their system Learn how to use Excel How to look for information How to deal with mean people How to love current life

The company is small and the most sentences you will hear from the manger is "where are we standing?" "How is your English?" "am I right?". Some of the words are insulting. The job is not like their job description, and you will learn all the stuffs by reading the "Manual" and from other interns. Then you will be given a test. The Manual is unclear and hard to read
