No pros, worst company I have worked for.

Cons

I feel all these reviews must be fake, I did not speak to one person in my team or the organisation that was happy. Everyone is overworked, they don't pay salaries in time, they don't pay market related salaries, they don't process visas correctly. People must work 6 days a week. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

- nice people in Warsaw office - stability & good salary - work/life balance - since Warsaw hub was created very recenly I feel I really have impact on how it develops - I learn a lot

Cons

- internal processes keep changing - higher management (Dubai based) not very proffessional - salary is good but the company is too frugal on some other staff

good perspectives for tech office in Warsaw, grow quickly, many nice people in office, modern location

Cons

many changes, sometimes happen too quickly, could add training budget for engineers
