Pros

Salaries are just about on par

Cons

This company operates like its 1985. They don't have a progressive bone in their body. When they aren't micromanaging every single aspect of the business they are having meetings about meetings. This is as far from a sales organization or a sales culture as you can possibly get and they know it. No quotas, no forecasting, no process. Go to work everyday not knowing if today will be your last. The answer to everything is work longer hours. If you have a family, friends, any hobbies or responsibilities outside of work hours this place isn't for you. They will belittle and demean you behind your back as well as to your face. God forbid you take a sick day because they will call and email every two hours asking if you are better yet. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this place as possible not matter what they tell you in the interview process. Its not worth it. They aren't looking for leaders they want followers. Voice your opinion and they will fire you without any forewarning.

Pros

From the beginning I've liked the company. When I was contacted by their recruiter, who still helps me if I need anything today, she was open and honest with me. We had clear discussions about where things stood and what I was being brought in to do. They were looking for "hunters" not "farmers" to open new business in the area. The salary and benefits are much better than the large corporation I left and the people are tremendous. They have a senior environment of account managers and recruiters that have been in the industry for years and know what they are doing. You aren't treated like this is your first job out of college with a stencil of how to do your job. You're given the opportunity to perform like the professional you told them you were during the interview process. I've been with the company a little over a month now and have already received multiple job orders from current accounts and new clients that I have opened up. Your given the tools that you need, support from management, and a strong team to get things done. The additional bonuses that are offered are also a great perk. There is a lot more money to be made by simply producing consistently on top of a fantastic commission structure.

Cons

This is not a place for someone who needs their hand held or someone that is just hoping to sit on a major account and manage business as it comes to them.
