Pros
This is NOT a professional organization! This was the most toxic, micro-managed and dysfunctional office environment I've ever worked in. You never know what your walking into each day because policies and procedures change and absolutely NO ONE knows what they are doing?? People are let go literally every other week. There is no management, they let them all go. Once I started calling accounts I quickly realized what a horrible reputation TP has in the industry. No one wants to waste their time doing business with TP because of the high turnover ratio, inconsistency and failure to deliver on promises. How sad for generations of family members of TP who worked so hard to leave a legacy to watch it flushed down the toilet from current incompetent management. I would have been treated better had I worked as a wall-mart greeter! I have never posted on glassdoor before but felt the need to save future hires the headache and setback in their professional careers to keep searching for a credible company! I wish someone would have posted the truth about TP prior to me accepting the inside sales position and the most horrible experience of my 15 year medical sales career!! I feel sad for the very few remaining inside sales employees in the Scottsdale office but I know their time there is also short and all are looking on job boards and a way out! You can do it, I've found an amazing position where my sales skills are appreciated and I'm actually being compensated for what I'm worth!!! All of u are in my thoughts and prayers:)
Cons
I met a few very exceptional and intelligent colleagues and friends who also got let go from TP. They were also too competent and professional to remain stagnant and micro-managed. We are all very thankful to have escaped!!!!
