Pros

There is a great deal of growth potential within the sites. Many of sites take minimum experience and grow employees from the ground up. This can mean, for an ambitious employee, management in as little as six months.

Cons

It is a call center environment which often means high change atmosphere, and the expectations are very prescriptive on what it takes to be successful--performance, attendance, reviews. Many employees can become emotionally fatigued. Teleperformance does work very hard to counter boredom with employee of the month programs, award ceremonies, and a committee dedicated to increasing employee engagement.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
