Pros

* nothing is good about this company.

Cons

* promotes unskilled employees. *Tl abuse a lot. *No leaves will be granted even if you have a lot of leaves in your portal. * Always ask to work extra without paying. *no proper Hr team no finance team and very unsupportive management. *salary deduction without any reason. *no growth opportunity management does not want a skilled employee they want an slave. * no syncing between management and operations which cause a lot of miscommunication. * even if you are in your deathbed they will ask you to come to office. *Tl give threats that they will terminate you as they have a lot of friends in quality team so they ask their friend to escalate very minor mistakes. * I will not recommend this company to anyone not even to my enemy. * No secured parking facility * very old systems (computers). * no holidays not at all (international, national or festival)

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
