Out of the 4 weeks of training we actually got taught what our job was and the information needed for 4 days due to poor organisation. When I discussed this with trainer I got told I didn't get paid enough to have concerns. Rest of it you are in a go live period where you are on the phone with supposed people walking around helping. Pay is crap to the work that you do and breaks are outright ridiculous. Managers sometimes try to help but most of the time act like you are a hindrance. This company does fail on basic security for example not complying with fsa requirements.
