Pros

Could get a consistent schedule (hours, not days of the week) if I chose 8am start every day

Cons

Endless. Incredible mismanagement from the top down with absent communication. I showed up on my first day at the office and no one knew I was supposed to be there, where I was supposed to go, etc. Impossible metrics that change focus every two weeks and only ultimately lead to a very unstable project that they had to fire almost everyone from bc the client could tell how terrible the product was coming from TP.

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Cons

I don’t really have anything bad to say about TP

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
