The company doesn't have a lot of cons, but the ones it has are very bad, debilitating, and exhausting. - New employee onboarding is a nightmare. Very unorganized. It took 3 months to receive a laptop, and 6 months to get VPN access. Once you're hired, you never hear from HR again. For the first 3 to 6 months, you spend more energy trying to get the systems and processes you need in order to get work done than you actually do performing any work. - For a company that is supposed to be good at technology, this company is really bad at technology for their own employees. - Communicating within the organization is a nightmare. There are very few org charts, so it's hard to know who to go to for what. You're literally cold-calling people within your own company trying to get work done. Some of them are great communicators who respond in a decent amount of time. But others are unresponsive. It only takes 1 or 2 who are unresponsive to create a very frustrating work experience.
