Literally no training. I have been through enough companies training and know that I am pretty easily trained but this program was a joke. Our trainer was leaving to another department and literally did not care if we were trained or not and then we were thrown on the phones with customers who have already dealt with several other unknowledgeable reps and you feel like you can't even help them. I literally stayed on the phone with my customers until I could convince one of my supervisors to take my issue and help me resolve it because I wouldn't dare keep messing up their accounts. Such a joke. Really sad too because I loved Teleperformance and wanted to work for the company even if it meant being retrained at that point.
