Pros

Very caring, helpful supervisor (while some supervisors are very helpful and understanding, others should not be in positions of power AT ALL). Generally flexible with my schedule. The pay is okay. Holiday incentives are great. Fun things are done sometimes, things like potlucks and "crazy hat days".

Cons

Lots of inconsistencies all over the place. Constantly changing rules or being inconsistent with enforcement. Lots of gossip and petty people, especially with management. Company will hire just about anyone (even those who can barely use a computer, can barely spell, have no customer service skills, etc) and then downsize to the point of being under-staffed after busy seasons. Only certain aspects of dress code are enforced and only on certain people. Systems always down or malfunctioning somehow. Management adds or changes schedules without notification or with very last minute notification. The floor is often ruled with an iron fist (people getting yelled at for talking, standing/stretching, etc). Politics play a huge role in moving up or being promoted.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
