Idiots running the company where they have no idea how to do anything. They wanted me to do a short contract of a few months through Dec 7th of Medicare Enrollment. Then a promise to switch over to another department. for continued employment. The one caveat, I would have to give up my existing book of business and all future income from that business. I turned down the offer as I got a much better offer. They had sent me the computer in September of 2021 anyway for starting because they had me as being hired in their system. I waited for someone to get back to me to tell me where I needed to send this back to and nothing. finally in October I reached out and communicated with Ray who was the Facilities Coordnator for Teleperfromance and emailed a FedEx return label. I sent the original box as I never opened back to them and it was received. A month ago I get an email from the "recover team" demanding I return the equipment in 10 days or face further action. I emailed them back with the tracking number, who signed for the package, who sent me the FedEx label, and a copy of the email communication. Told them to update their records and email me back with confirmation. I never heard anything back. A month goes by from the email and I get a call from one of the reps from the "recovery team" saying I never sent them the equipment back. This company is run incompetently and I am so glad I never official started with them even though they hired me. If they cannot get something simple as where their equipment is, can you imagine how they handle the more pressing issues? Never mind that they only pay twice a month if I did continue my employment. Run away from this company.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
