I could write a novel on all the cons, but here is a summary:
No leadership
Completely disorganized and chaotic
Poor communication
Micromanagement
Disrespect by arrogant management
Idiotic management team with no ethics and no clue on how to properly treat and compensate employees
Company is hypocritical in the fact that they do not uphold their core values of Respect, Integrity, & Professionalism
Horrible benefits: insurance is a joke (I never saw the plan and costs in writing) but I was told that it barely meets Obamacare standards and it's super expensive
Pay was horrible, I should have been making at least double per hour for all the BS I had to put up with
