Pros
I enjoyed the working atmosphere and the people I worked with were great. They provided extensive paid training for the first 90 days, if you passed you got hired.
Cons
Telephone customer support is not for everyone. I didn't mind the tech support calls, but the billing calls and being cussed out by the customers is not my forte. The pay could be increased as well.
