COMPANY PROS: - Culture-oriented company with realistic standards. - Professional office work setting. - Security guards on duty 24/7, metal detectors at every main entrance, and badge swipes required by every employee when entering & leaving each building. XFINITY BILLING DEPARTMENT PROS: - Attentive and analytical Quality Assurance team members who meet weekly with all Supervisors. - Growth Potential: You can move up quickly if you work hard and strive to better than the rest. - I felt valued as part of the management team & took pride in excelling. - Recognition for Hard Work: I was recognized for my hard work with an Employee Of The Month Award. - Schedule Adherence Bonuses: An extra $1.00/hr paid each month for the previous month's schedule adherence (for hourly employees) - if you show up on time & work your entire shift every day you get an extra $1.00/hr pay bonus (which adds up over an entire month). - Commission Bonuses: They have a fairly competitive sales commission bonus structure. - Extras: Oftentimes there will be gifts, prizes, giveaways, luncheons, etc as spiffs/rewards for the account meeting their goals.

Cons

- Lots of younger people work here with little to no experience or professionalism. - Lots of health and dental insurance options, but none of them really any good.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
