Pros

Opportunity to move up if that's what you want to do. Unfortunately moving up can take years and lots of dedication and it sucks because this is a company that pays dirt and treats you like nothing. Also if you just want to move up to trainer or supervisor you could do so relatively quickly if you have perfect attendance and perfect quality scores. You don't get paid any more money than you would just being on the phones though. Just gets you off the phones.

Cons

Call center environment sucks. Bad pay for what you're expected to deal with and handle. You're not trained properly to answer all the types of questions that will come your way as a customer service representative. Support is not great. They are super strict about break times and schedule adherance. They micromanage every single little detail of everything you do for their metrics for the client.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
