Pros

To be honest there are not any real pros for the account that I worked on which was Apple.

Cons

This job treats you like Cattle. They dont care about letting you go even if you worked for them for 5 years. They come up with new rules everyday and management does whatever they like. I was told when getting hired that we are given 3 points to every 3 months if needing to call out or if we are going to be late. 1 point is used when calling out and half a point is used if you leave early or come in late, but then they started saying that if you wanted to leave or had to call out you had to get permission from the ACM who is never on time and never picks up his phone. I remember I had the flu and they did not care I had to force them to let me leave. If you can find a better place that will actually value you as a person please do so. Only apply for this job if you really needed it.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
