The training isn't very good, and does not prepare you for taking calls. They have a young management team, who lack leadership and managerial skills. My concerns about being put on a late shift for six weeks on a days notice were dismissed. Basically, it's all about stats, control, rigidity, policy. I, and others had 8 days of training, which did not prepare us for our role. There were no handouts, interactive activities or anything that really captured the spirit of learning a discipline.
