if the people that choose teleperformance new what type of people are answering those phones they would shut teleperformance down. Teleperformance is very unprofessional. The employees where what they want to wear the attire should be unacceptable. I worked ther for three weeks an I have a bachelors degree once i realized i was working with a bunch of ametuers I requested a leave. I refused to be in that type of environment. I was expecting proffesional attire especially since i was going to be employed with medicaid. Medicaid is the part that does require employees to pass a drug test which is where all the drug addicts are working. If they had medicaid employees to take drug test they would probably have no employees to work. I could not deal with the non sense. What really bothered me is the unproffesional attire. telepermance employees dress as though they are going to a booty shaking contest. Also after giving notice I was uppose to recieve the final check which I have not received yet. It has been almost 3weeks. They told me the day the checks were released that they placed all the checks in the mail the same day they were released which was a bold face lie. I live in Columbia which ment I was suppose to recieive the check within 3days. 4 days later i returned to there unprofessional office. Hi, My name is ******* im here because i have not recieved a check. The lady said we placed them in the mail you are just going to have to wait on the mail lady. I then requested to speak with some one in the HR department since this was my second visit to there office. She told me to speak to HR i nedded to schedule an appointment. I explained it has been 8 days since they claimed the check was sent i would like to request a replacement. She gave me a number and said i needed to call and schedule an appointment. After calling human resources for 7 days and no answer someone finally returned the call then mentioned to me that the address that had on file was incorrect.. that was a red flag because even if the address was incorrect that clearly ment the check should be sittting in thier office. She then told me i need to return to there office to fill out a lost paycheck form. I recieve an email suggesting that i be patient because the information has been forwarded to headquarters and headquarters has to go through a process of checking the check system to see if the check has been cashed. My problem is I never got the check to cash it. Either the check was delivered or it wasnt. If they sent it to the wrong office whoever she has to speak to about the check should clearly have the check in there hand all that should have been needed was the correcct address. The professionalism isnot profesional at all all they have at telperfomance is a bunch of drug addicts and strippers. these are the people you talk to when you call customer service for bank of america, medicaid wellcare and att&t. if wellcare, bank of america, tmobile and at&t only new .

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
