Pros

This company cares about it's employees. They make sure that if you need something different for a schedule for school or family, they will do everything can to make it work. Here in Reno they have really turned things around from the first group of management that was here. I am glad to be here this long.

Cons

It is a call center so you are on the phone with angry people. It is more of the type of business rather than the company itself.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Cons

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
