LOTS:
1. Management sweeps issues under rug in order to make their own selves look good to corporate by ignoring issues brought up to them, taking no concern of issues.
2. The employee opportunity to bonus is unethical as the qualifications change at will with no notification to any employees. There is no set procedures or guidelines available to employees to refer to.
3. The employee handbook is inaccessible to employees. Suppose to be available on inter company communication system; it is restricted for representatives access (I've tried), and is only on inter company communication system not available for reference outside of building.
4. The attendance system used for employees, sets employees up for failure. Employees are given the possibility of termination after receiving 6 points. Employees are given strict .25 points for each late incident and any early departure. Ex., if an employee has to leave early for medical emergencies, they receive .25. There is no exemption either; sick, in hospital.
