First pay is a joke, you all brag its 10 dollars an hour to take calls, sorry but that i fine for a college student, not a qualified person with experience.
Trainer was loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional.
Very disorganized, they shifted my entire class to a different project only to bring it back again, we ended up losing two days of pay, for some people this can cause hardship.
Time not recorded accurately do to someone not doing their job, causing the whole class once again to get shorted on a paycheck.
Logins not working which is causing even more paycheck issues. Management not proactive enough to get it fixed on time.
Training is not long enough, you get 5 weeks of training that barely stresses the job and systems you use then your on the phones trying to help customers.
