We had to "apply" for regular breaks as well as lunch breaks. Sometimes they denied us lunch because "it was too busy." Had to ask permission to pee... and sometimes that would be denied as well. I know of one person that peed in her chair after they refused permission. If you got to work on time and all the workstations were filled, you had to wait... without pay... just in case someone didn't come in on the net shift! The chair was not sent out for cleaning either. Somebody else got to use it the next day because they did not have assigned work stations. Often after driving to work I would be sent home because "it was a slow day." Would have been nice to get a phone call and save the gas money. The list goes on and on, but they treated us employees like chattel. Don't work for Teleperformance! Look up the class action suits against them and their debt collection subsidiary, AllianceOne.
