Pros

Im in the company for 3.5 years. Only Pro is for me if the team leads and management and professional you are fine. Also the fact that they give housing. Thats very important in Lisbon.

Cons

The management style depends on people and how profesionaly they are or not. You just have 1 connection in whole team and if you fall under a non professional, bad or someone that hates you with no reason then you will be in hell, which happened to me. EVen after finally I transfered, again I faced something else, which obviously they hired me as a spare head, and 2 months after the let me go because they didn't need me and showed me reasons that mean nothing. I would like to write them here but it will take long.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
