Pros
We currently have the choice to make our own time to work at the company. The environment is also a plus of TOTVS. They use to have some benefits that are disappearing as the time pass by. I think that's because the company is becoming bigger and bigger and the bigger it gets, more the employers are seem as an object instead of a person.
Cons
The salary is bellow the average of the market and the opportunities within the company are also very rare. Also the amount of work now is something absurd. We have never had the necessary amount of employers and now a days they managed to get more people leaving the company then people arriving.
