Pros

I really can't think of any.

Cons

• The owner is a crook and has pay lending ties. • This is the old Kinetic Supply and Anthem Media Companies rebranded. • The software is vaporware and doesn't work. • They invoice clients without completing the work. • Ownership vocally abuses employees. • Execs drive around in Porsche and Tesla cars while employees never get raises and take pay cuts. • The history of the company is to buy small companies, drain the assets , run off former principals and run them into the ground (Brockton, Solomon, Indicia, etc..)

Pros

Responsive leadership. Good benefits and salaries. Creative environment and risk acceptable mindset. Growing company means we get to define and set procedures and tools.

Cons

Growing quite a bit and that means growing pains. Teams are small and the lack of procedures and tools can be frustrating, but that's just an opportunity to create!

Pros

I approach HR with the firm belief that 'Professional Courtesy' and human-centric leadership are not just ideals, but the mechanical requirements for a high-performing culture. My goal is to move past the traditional HR narrative and act as a true partner who advocates for the growth of the individual just as fiercely as the growth of the organization and I have been allowed to do that in just the months that I have been onboard. We are Building something great here!

Cons

Managing people and policy here is often an exercise in organized chaos; you have to decide daily which fire to put out and which foundation to build. We’ve achieved incredible growth in leadership, personnel, and cultural alignment, but that speed has come with a cost. The 'fast and furious' nature of our recent onboarding created a high-pressure environment that felt chaotic, especially while fighting through the complexities of a convoluted HRM system. However, as we migrate toward a streamlined HCM, we are finally aligning our digital tools with our rapid momentum, ensuring our people operations are as advanced as the technology we build.
