Pros

-For a SMB sales role, they offer an above average base salary. -TOMIS has a good company culture focused on the outdoors, and much of the staff shares similar interests. There are a couple of retreats each year and somewhat frequent company events. -If you have an emergency or want to work from home every now and then, it's generally acceptable. -You'll generally never take work home with you. Once you log off for the day, you wont be expected to respond to calls or emails. -401k match after 6 months, decent benefits and perks

Cons

-The commission plan leaves a lot to be desired considering the industry average for SaaS is 10-20%. You receive absolutely nothing on services you sell (which is the bulk of revenue). -Allocation of inbound vs outbound leads gets muddy at times. -The prescribed solution for a slow week or month is almost always just more CRM activity. -While TOMIS has a flexible culture and structure, the sales team is expected to be in-office from 9-5 every day while other employees work from home or come in late and leave early. -It's high pace and high pressure at times. You feel as if you can't (or shouldn't) attend midday company events when you could be working.
