Pros
The people you work with are great and hard working. They are committed to the mission and are incredibly smart. Remote work is a pro, but can also result in incredibly long work hours, which makes remote working not worth it.
Cons
The executive team talks the talk on valuing employees, but does little. People in executive team roles do not have the right experience to properly lead in their role. Culture is incredibly toxic, full of blame, and most my colleagues want to leave to find new jobs, but don't have time to effectively look for a new job because of the demanding hours. Only work here if desperate - Especially if you work on a support team.
