Pros
Many pros: - The culture is so nice that it's almost difficult to believe. The company hires a lot of phds/other nerds and everyone is super friendly and excited to share knowledge. There are some really great people in the UK office especially the managing director. And you can fly out 2/3x a year to a resort in Innsbruck where there is an open bar. And you get every other Friday off of client work to attend workshops, seminars etc. And even more - Very nice wlb, fully remote etc - Very nice pay especially given the wlb and everything else - Very willing to train up juniors on the job - (UK office only) as it's a young subsidiary ran by an almost-as-young director there's a cool start-upy, almost adhoc feeling that is difficult to elaborate on
Cons
You might not like the work. I was basically a SDET writing a lot of javascript
