      The company culture is great, besides company events 100% remote work possible. Roughly 10% of working hours are reserved for learning independent of regular project work (every second friday)

      Cons

      Limited choice of project. Also, it is sometimes hard to find the correct place in a project in relation to the company and the client.

      German language dominant office culture can make it difficult for non-German speakers inside offices in Germany.
